Liz MacRae is the Co-Founder of Village Wellth, a Deal Management platform helping buyers acquire and grow small businesses. Before launching Village Wellth, Liz worked as a business broker and exit planning advisor, where she adapted a traditional brokerage model to include an exit planning division and ultimately sold the firm in 2021.
She has personally acquired three businesses and exited two, giving her first-hand experience on both sides of the table.
