With more than 15 years of experience in acquisitions, Gonzalo has advised dozens of entrepreneurs, financial buyers and corporate clients with regard to negotiations for the sale or purchase of privately owned companies. Corporate clients include manufacturers, distributors, service companies, importers, exporters as well as high-tech and professional organizations in diverse industries such as marketing, food, construction, entertainment, hospitality, health and cosmetics. Prior to his M&A career, Gonzalo experienced the sale, purchase and merger of his own companies, as an entrepreneur, where he acquired the ability to understand the challenges faced by both buyers and sellers from their own perspectives. This has proven to be an invaluable tool for managing expectations and facilitating smooth and successful transactions. With his down-to-earth style, Gonzalo combines his financial expertise, negotiation skills and ability to foresee obstacles and find solutions in order to tackle the many pitfalls typical to most acquisitions.
